Dear Sir.

I wish to complain about the Samsung Galaxy S4 battery which i ordered from your Carrefour, Gran Turia ( Spain/ Valencia) store the friday 6 of may of 2013. The serial number are 35-20A2310A.01.
The battery was delivered to a store for checking it. I charged my battery and at one hour last it did not work. The battery must be faulty.
I would like a fast solution. I need a fast replacement of this battery for using my mobile pone A.S.A.P.

The building is a twisted tower.
It´s square at the base and the top.
The building it is made of Brown Stone and looks like a rectangular twisted structure.
It is on a center of a roundabout in a village of Alaquas.
